Booking & Event Policy.

Thank you for choosing Ayala Balloon Events. Please review the following booking policies before submitting your quote request or securing your event date.

Quotes

All quotes are based on the event details provided, including date, location, service selections, design size, setup requirements, and event conditions. Quotes are subject to change if event details, design requests, or setup needs change.

Date Reservation

Submitting a quote request does not reserve your event date. Your date is only secured once your quote is approved and the required deposit has been paid.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the service, event date, and materials ordered.

Final Payment

Final payment must be made by the agreed deadline before the event. Services may not be provided if final payment has not been received.

Setup Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the event location is accessible at the agreed setup time. Delays in access may affect the final setup or result in additional fees.

Outdoor Events

Outdoor balloon décor, bounce houses, and special effects may be affected by heat, wind, rain, sunlight, and other weather conditions. Ayala Balloon Events will make recommendations based on the event space, but cannot guarantee the same performance or longevity for outdoor décor as indoor décor.

Weather & Safety

For safety reasons, bounce house rentals, outdoor décor, and daytime fireworks may need to be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to unsafe weather or event conditions.

Venue Approval

Clients are responsible for confirming that the venue allows balloons, bounce houses, props, daytime fireworks, cold sparks, smoke effects, and other requested services. Venue rules must be shared before the event.

Special Effects & Permits

Daytime fireworks and special effects require appropriate outdoor space, safety planning, and venue approval. Permit coordination may be required depending on the event location and service selected.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply based on event location and setup requirements.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling options may vary depending on the event date, services booked, materials ordered, and notice provided. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including event date, location, setup time, venue rules, and contact information.
